The Allium Bangkok
At The Allium Bangkok, we source only the finest of European ingredients in combination with locally grown organic produce, and we also use botanicals grown in the herb garden on the deck outside the restaurant.
An open kitchen allows a full view of the chefs at work, and there is a chef's table available for an up-close and personal dining experience. The name "Allium" is taken from the genus of flowering plant that encompasses many species, including the onion, garlic, scallion, shallot, leak, and chives.
